Barcelona president Joan Laporta wants to hire Hansi Flick as the club's new head coach, RAC1 reports.
Flick will be leaving his post at Bayern Munich in the summer although, having held talks with the Germany national team, his next destination appeared to have been agreed.
However, reports coming out of Spain now suggest that Flick has held conversations with Laporta that could have changed his mind and lead him to replacing Ronald Koeman at Camp Nou.

Manchester United are considering a move for Southampton forward Danny Ings in the summer, the Telegraphreports.
The Red Devils are apparently looking to add a striker to their ranks when the transfer window opens, despite the fact that Edinson Cavani has committed to another year at Old Trafford.
And with Ings' contract expiring in 2022, United are reportedly looking to take advantage of the situation and lure the 28-year-old from Southampton in the summer.

Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has received a lucrative offer from Qatar - according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Al-Duhail are willing to pay the Turkey international €8 million per season if he commits to a three-year contract.
Calhanoglu's representatives will discuss the proposal next week, with Milan yet to submit a suitable renewal offer for the 27-year-old as he approaches free agency.

Roma are in pole position to land Torino frontman Andrea Belotti in the summer transfer window - as Calcio Mercato reports.
Milan have also been linked with the 27-year-old, but the Giallorossi are set to table a €30 million (£26m/$37m) offer for the Italian.
Belotti has contributed 105 goals and 26 assists to Torino's cause from 227 appearances since joining the club from Palermo in 2015.
