Is poster maker Google play app good for cropping?

There are various application for creating of posters and logos in the internet world but none of these andriod app is good for perfect portable image crop on android phones except PCs and iPads. On the higher definition computer we have greater softwares such as Corel draw.
 The 21 century android world computer wizards are ready to put together a computing technology and image and photocrop that these apps and it gadgets will begin to function according to the users imagination, even though the user is not touching the right button.

Tennessee State freshman guard Hercy Miller , the son of hip-hop mogul Master P., has entered the NCAA transfer portal. Miller, who signed a $2 million  NIL deal with Web Apps America  during the summer, has played sparingly at TSU. Miller was ruled out for the season on Nov. 30 after suffering a hip injury. He averaged 10.2 minutes in six of TSU's first seven games. He also averaged 2.0 points and 0.8 rebounds. He had one assist, three steals and four turnovers. Miller was a three-star recruit from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He said he chose TSU after also having scholarship offers from Vanderbilt, LSU, UCLA, Southern Cal, Missouri, South Carolina, Arizona and Georgetown.
